Academic calendar

Semester I: 2nd week of September – 3rd week of December
Second Term: 2nd week of January – last week of April

Orientation generally commences the 1st week of September for Semester I and the 1st week of January for Semester II.

Exams take place the 2nd and 3rd week of December for Semester I and the 3rd and 4th week of April for Semester II.

Courses at Master’s level

Yes.

Students wishing to take courses at the graduate level will be required to request permission to take courses from specific professors or departments and the Faculty of Graduate Studies based on prior learning and knowledge after they are accepted into our exchange program.

Please note that the application process is very lengthy and there is no guarantee of admission for master students.

Housing assistance

Assistance with finding off-campus housing is available for students throughout the month of August. Limited on-campus housing is available for incoming exchange students. Please see the Residence Services website for further details.

Living costs are approximately 1800 CAD per month (estimate from 2023).
