Academic calendar

Semester I: 2nd week of September – 2nd week of February
Semester II: 2nd week of February – last week of June

Orientation generally commences the 1st week of September for Semester I and the 1st week of February for Semester II.

Exams take place early January until mid February for Semester I and late May until late June for Semester II.

GPA (Average Grade)

The GPA requirement at this university is 2.5. This is comparable to an average grade 6.5 or above at Utrecht University.

Language Requirement

Students are expected to have B2 level English. Students can show their English proficiency with a proficiency statement signed by a teacher or professor.

Internship:

Housing assistance

Students can apply for on-campus housing at the various halls of residence. Type of housing provided: two twin-rooms with ensuite bathroom and mini-kitchenette (fridge,
