Our desk is currently closed for visitors. For necessary appointments it is possible to schedule an appointment. Please contact us via phone to discuss the options for an appointment.

Taking the current situation into account, we would like to ask you to review the following carefully:

  • Calling and mailing is the current norm. We only make necessary appointments. Most questions can be answered over the phone or via mail.
  • Come to the appointment alone.
  • Follow instructions by employees of the university.
  • Mind the rules, hygienic measures and the walking routes inside our office.
  • Do not come too early to the appointment and wait outside as much as possible.
  • Please take others into consideration when you are inside our office.
  • You agree that we will keep your name and contact details for two weeks for possible contact tracing by the GGD (municipal health service).
