Consequences of not paying

It is important to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account when the tuition fees are debited. If the tuition fees cannot be collected, you must transfer the outstanding amount within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in your access to university facilities being blocked.

What happens if I don't pay the tuition fees?

  1. If the tuition fees cannot be debited, you will receive an email from the head of the Central Student Administration requesting that you transfer the outstanding amount within 7 days.
  2. After this period, your access to facilities such as your Solis-ID, email account, registration for exams and courses, and the issuance of your diploma will be blocked. If you pay within 14 days, your access to these facilities will be restored within 5 working days.
  3. If you still do not pay, your debt will be transferred to a debt collection agency, and you will be liable for the additional costs incurred by the agency.
