Focus

In your daily life as a student, you have to keep a lot of balls up in the air at the same time: your studies are important, but also your study/student association, social contacts, sports, your (side) job, family, household.... The to-do list doesn't seem to end and you find it difficult to keep focus on priorities.

Over half of all students suffer from pressure to perform and therefore struggle to find focus and motivation for everyday things1. In some cases, it is a good idea to talk to someone about any stress around performance pressure. In other cases, it may help to find your personal way to focus on the most important things in your life.

Below you will find several resources to help you find and sustain focus and motivation, and cope better with the pressures of student life.
