Since the start of the National Education Programme, four Calls for Proposals (grant rounds) have been organised at Utrecht University. Students, student organisations, faculties and UU employees could use the Call to get money for activities that contributed to the objectives of the National Education Programme (NPO). That is: eliminating and repairing disadvantages among students caused by the corona pandemic.

In addition to the Call for Proposals, acknowledged student organizations could also receive a Student Organization Grant (a so called "Toelage")  in 2021-2022 and in 2022-2023. In 2021-2022, this grant could be used for all NPO themes. In 2022-2023 only for the Student Wellbeing theme.

It is no longer possible to apply for funding

The last, fourth, Call closed on 1 February 2023. There has been a huge take-up of this grant opportunity. This means that all available budgets from the National Education Programme are now all earmarked. No new round of grants will be organised.

Have you received money for a project through a Call of Proposals? Then remember that you have to submit a report form after completion and that you submit all invoices within 2 months of the end of the project.

Did your student organization receive a Student Organizations Grant? Then don't forget to submit a short report plus royalty-free photo to after your activity.
