Join the Dutch Dairy Student Challenge

Dairy is something we are proud of and known for in the Netherlands, but how are we going to transition towards a sustainable dairy industry? What are the challenges we are going to face, and how can these challenges be tackled? These are questions that we will try to answer during the Dutch Dairy Challenge of the Alliance of TU/e, WUR, UU and UMC Utrecht (EWUU).

Third-year bachelor and master students from Utrecht University are welcomed to join the Dutch Dairy Challenge. In an inter-disciplinary team of students and in close collaboration with the industry you will be working on the question: ‘How can dairy farms still exist in the future, in a healthy, sustainable and economically feasible way, from the perspective of the animals, the environment, as well as the farmers?’

For more information, you can watch an introduction video on the website of the Dutch Dairy Challenge.
