Good Mouring

From to

The death of a loved one can have a major impact on our lives. Whether it’s causing difficulties navigating university life, managing relationships with others, maintaining our mental and physical wellbeing, or struggling with concentration. Many of us run into all types of questions:

“Who am I without this person?”, “Why is my grief so different from that of others?”, “Why does it persist so much?”, “What will help me cope with the storm of emotions that I’m feeling?”

Grief is a unique process that every individual experiences in their own way. If you wish to connect with your fellow bereaved classmates over your shared experience, to seek freedom to address what you find difficult to share with anyone else, and feel able to hold space for others going through this process too, then “Good Mourning” is for you.

Losing someone to suicide: At this moment our peer support groups include students grieving all types of death-causes. Please know that you are very welcome to join Good Mourning!
