Requirements

Language requirement: a minimum language level of B2 (CEFR) in French is required.

Sorbonne University recommends a C1 level of French for all courses except for those in the language departments. A C1 level is thus highly recommended for students studying for example, History, History of Art, Philosophy and Sociology.

Students have to choose at least 50% of their courses in the department of English studies. The other 50% can be from other departments within the Faculty of Humanities.
