Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux (Sciences Po Bordeaux) is an exchange destination for bachelor students of Utrecht University School of Governance.
French Track Students:
A minimum of B1 level of French according to the CEFRL. You will have to upload proof of your French level after you have been selected.
English Track students:
A minimum of B2 level of English according to the CEFRL (IELTS 6), Utrecht University students can request a letter to confirm this at the International Exchange Office.
Your level in French has to be under B1 (courses taught in English are for beginners in French). You will have to upload proof of your French level after you have been selected.
Please note that students cannot register for courses before their arrival in Bordeaux (but the courses offer can be found in the catalogue on their website).

Private accommodation: Accommodation is difficult to find in Bordeaux. Students are responsible for finding their own accommodation. Before leaving you have to give three-month notice.
University Accommodation: Foreign students who wish to stay in university accommodation must apply on-line to the CROUS de Bordeaux (CROUS = the organization responsible for managing student accommodation, restaurants, grants, etc).
European universities use the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and normally, you obtain 30 ECTS per semester
