Academic calendar | Semester I: last week of September - 1st week of February Orientation generally commences the last week of September for Semester I and the 3rd week of February for Semester II. Exams take place in January for Semester I and in June for Semester II. |

Housing assistance | Alexandru Ioan Cuza University offers accommodation for its incoming students in C5 residence (Titu Maiorescu Campus). Places are available in triple rooms, which are fully furnished and equipped with a refrigerator. Each room has a private bathroom and access to Internet is also made available (students will need an Internet cable in order to make the connection). |
Estimated living costs per month | Iaşi is an affordable city, where prices can be lower than in other Romanian cities. 400 euros is enough for a monthly decent living. |
