Academic calendar	Semester I: mid-September – mid-January Semester II: mid-February – June The Introduction Week for exchange students takes place in the week prior to the semester. Participation is compulsory for all exchange students. It includes several welcome and information events, a university tour, a city tour and a day trip.

Language of instruction	German or English. B2 level in German or English needed.
Housing assistance	There are several students residences. As the number of rooms is limited and early application is highly recommended. Additional information	The institute of Psychology does not offer many courses in English. Students however are free to choose courses in English from other faculties, and master courses are open for advanced bachelor students.
