Academic calendar

Trimester I: 2nd week of September - 3rd week of December
Trimester II: 2nd week of January - first week of April
Trimester III: last week of April - 3rd week of July

Orientation generally commences the 1st week of September for Trimester I, the 1st week of January for Trimester II and the 3rd week of April for Trimester III.

Exams take place early December for Trimester I, early April for Trimester II and late July for Trimester III.

Housing assistance

No, all incoming students are strongly recommended to live in off-campus accommodations. There are many private apartments close to campus, and most private apartments provide a shuttle van service to the campus, free of charge. You should arrange for your accommodation before leaving your home country.

The average cost of living is around €750 per month, depending on your lifestyle (Estimate from 2022).
