The MAUI program (Mid-America Universities International) consists of a group of 18 American universities. If you are applying for the MAUI program, you need to list the top three MAUI universities of your choice in your motivation letter. This means there is a chance you will not be placed at your preferred university, but at your second or third choice university instead.
Semester I: 1st week of September - 3rd week of December
Orientation generally commences the last week of August for Semester I and the 3rd week of January for Semester II.
Exams take place the last few weeks of each semester.

Students can choose to pursue off campus and will be sent a general guide about housing in Chicago.

After the 1 December deadline it is not possible anymore to apply for an exchange to this partner university, even for semester 2 (start January next academic year), due to early application deadlines. This means you have to apply before December 1st.
Selection was necessary for 2023-2024.
