This course is intended for students who, after having completed the Global Health and Tropical Medicine course, wish to gain a deeper understanding about Global Health.
In masterclasses we will discuss themes such as human rights and health, social determinants of health, global health governance and research ethics. Students also gain insight challenges and opportunities with regard to working in the field of global health.
Who can join: (Pre-) final year students of Medicine (CRU+ 5th and 6th year, SUMMA 3rd and 4th year) who completed the Global Health & Tropical Medicine course
Where and when: April, May and June 2020, six Thursday evenings from 19.00 to 21.00, every two weeks (April 16 & 30, May 14 & 28, June 11 & 25)
