University of Jyväskylä is an exchange destination for Utrecht University Bachelor students of the faculty of Humanities in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Language requirement: a minimum language level of B2 (CEFR) in English is required.
Course requirements: Erasmus+ students can choose courses from the curriculum of their host department and/or from the international study programmes arranged at the University of Jyväskylä. There are some restrictions that must be taken into consideration. Some of the courses may be targeted at students of a particular department or faculty only. The courses may also have some prerequisites that the participants must fulfil.
The agreement is for Jounalism and Information, so the students can take courses at the Department of Language and Communication Studies. Subjects taught here cover Communication and Journalism too. The students should study their major (and minor subjects) mainly, but they have the possibility to study other open courses also. The courses offered for all exchange students are indicated clearly in our course information. The participation may be restricted e.g. due to a limited number of participants or prerequisites required for the courses.
