Language requirement: a B1 language level (CEFR) in Spanish is required. The International Office (HUM) recommends a B2 level at the moment of exchange in order to fully participate in the courses.

Students must show evidence of a B1 Spanish language level when registering online at University of Valladolid. In case they can not provide any language certification, they will be required to compulsorily attend an intensive Spanish course at the beginning of their stay at the Language Center of the university.

Areas of study open to exchange students

Students can take courses in History at the Departamento de Historia Moderna y Contemporánea. However, students are also allowed to take some courses at other departments within the university.
