Sapienza Università di Roma is an exchange destination for Utrecht University Bachelor students of the faculty of Humanities in Rome, Italy.
Semester I: September - January
Semester II: February - June
Examinations are usually held in winter (January and February), summer (June and July).
Language requirement: a B1 language level (CEFR) in Italian is required.
The International Office (UU Humanities) recommends a B2 level at the moment of exchange in order to fully participate in the courses.
Students are allowed to take courses in Linguistics within the 'Dipartimento di Scienze Documentarie, Lingustico-Filologiche e Geografiche'. However, students are also allowed to take other courses within the faculty 'Lettere e Filosofia'.

On average, you will need at least €800-900/month to live in Rome.
