Central European University (Budapest) is an exchange destination for Utrecht University Master students of the faculty of Humanities in Budapest, Hungary.

Language requirement: a minimum language level of C1 (CEFR) in English is required.
Course requirement: Students are required to take 50% of their courses in the host department while they can take the rest of the courses from other departments.
Students can take History courses at the Department of History. Also, students can take up to 50 percent of their courses (reflected in the number of ECTS) at other departments within the university.
Incoming Erasmus students need to stay in rented accommodation. The Student Life Office can assist students in finding apartments to rent, and provides special assistance and advice during the late summer and early fall. For information about average prices, please visit the website.
