- Completion of the course. The course is successfully completed when you have attended 9 lecture evenings. Please note that this should involve 9 separate Global Health themes. We will check the required attendance using an attendance list based on the students online registration for each online session. Students who also attended the f2f lecture evenings - before April 2020 - can also submit their attendance card.
For completion you are also required to submit an essay on a subject that connects to a lecture evening of your choice. Read more about the essay guidelines. Email your essay to: GHcourse1@umcutrecht.nl. We have entered into a partnership with the IFMSA-NL magazine 'Global Medicine' and a selection of these essays will be published here.
After completing these components you will receive a Global Health certificate. Please not that it is an extra curricular course and this means that you will not receive credits for it.
- All registered students will receive a reminder one week prior to the lecture evening with information about the Global Health theme and guest speakers.
