Academic calendar

UNSW has a trimester academic year, instead of a semester system, please be aware that it will be more difficult to obtain 30 ECTS in a trimester. If you want to obtain 30ECTS, you can choose to combine two trimesters or one trimester and the Summer term. Please state in your motivation letter if you want to apply for this option.

Trimester I: mid-February - mid-May

Trimester II: early June - end of August

Trimester III: mid-September - mid-December

Summer term: early-January - mid-February
