You can contact the ICT helpdesk for help and advice with IT problems, like problems with your account/ password, studying remote (or from home) at the Utrecht University or problems with printing, scanning and copying. 

Solis-ID and email 

Before you start your studies at Utrecht University, you will receive a Solis-id and email address, which will give you access to various educational platforms that are important for your studies. 

Provet 

Provet is the patient administration system of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. In order to work with Provet, you need a Provet account. Requesting accounts for exchange students goes through the International Office. 

WI-FI and working online

In all buildings of Utrecht University, you can use fast and reliable Wi-Fi by logging in with your email address and Solis-id password. With this stable internet connection, you can study and collaborate safely and easily.

Platforms and study software

As a student at Utrecht University, you will have access to various educational platforms and software that you can use for your studies. Most platforms and software can be used by logging in with your Solis-id.
