Research internship
At the faculty of Veterinary Medicine, we perform fundamental and strategic research focused on the health, disease and welfare of animals and on related public and environmental health aspects. This knowledge should provide a solid basis for novel strategies that benefit veterinary practice, human health, and the economy.
Research programmes
We focus on three themes: One Health, One Medicine and Veterinary Biomedicine. Within these themes, our research is categorised in different research programmes.
Visa, work permit & language requirements
Whether you require an entry visa and/or a residence permit depends on your nationality. Proof of language proficiency is compulsory if Dutch or English is not your native language.
If an entry visa/residence permit or work permit is required our International office will help you with this process! As a research student you are not bound to the start of semesters or courses. This means that the deadlines for visa as mentioned do not apply. Please make sure you have at least 4 months from start to finish.
