Leadership programme
Want to learn how to approach leadership from a systemic perspective, all while developing your own leadership skills? This honours programme deepens your understanding of what leadership is, and what it is not. Once completed, you'll be able to contribute thoughtfully when solving complex leadership issues.
About the programme
With each session, experts and leaders from diverse fields will provide practical insights into leadership. By conversing with these leaders and acquiring a broad perspective on various leadership styles, you will ultimately find your own.
You will regularly work on real-life leadership cases, helping you better understand what it means to be a leader in today's globalizing world. Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of leadership theory, but you also acquire first-hand experience of leadership in daily practice. Learn more about our methods below!
