Arrival Fall Semester 2026: 20-21 August 2026

We look forward to welcoming all new students to University College Utrecht for the start of the Fall semester of 2026/27. To help ensure your arrival goes smoothly, this page contains important information about planning for and after arrival.

Planning your arrival

You should plan to arrive on Thursday 20 or Friday 21 August, any time between 9 AM and 4 PM, when the UCU Arrival team is there to welcome you and hand you your keys to your new room. 

You will be sent a form to indicate your approximate time of arrival in the months leading up to Fall. You can also indicate on this form whether you would like to order a bedding package. Please find the directions to University College Utrecht and a map of the campus (at the bottom of the page) below. 

Upon Arrival to Campus

Upon arrival you will receive the keys to your room and mailbox. You will also be able to collect your pre-ordered bedding package and/or buy one on the day. Student association representatives will be there to hand you the introweek programme booklet and help find your room if needed!
