Registrar's Office
What does the UCU Registrar’s Office do?
The Registrar’s Office supports key steps in your academic journey at UCU, including:
- Processing of Curriculum request decisions (such as off-campus courses, major declarations, pass/fail registration, minor registration)
- Document requests (such as preliminary grade transcripts, graduation declarations etc.)
- Administration of the thesis procedure (monitoring enrolment for, submission, grading and archiving of your thesis)
- Together with the International Office: issue and processing of grade transcripts for incoming and outgoing exchange students
- (Other) Exam Board decisions: Processing the outcome of UCU Exam Board requests or decisions
- Graduation process: the final checks on whether graduation requirements have been met, issue of diploma and International Diploma Supplement/the final transcript.
- The Registrar's Office can also advise on issues surrounding re- and de-enrolment in Studielink (although UU's Student Services can assist with this in more detail)
If you have questions or need advice on any these topics, please follow the above links to further information, or attend one of our (online) Open Office hours:
