Do you ever reflect on what actually makes you happy? Or what the world needs and how you can contribute to that? Or how you can earn your money in a meaningful way, while doing what you are good at? During the workshop ‘Find your Ikigai’, you go in search of your Ikigai: a source of meaning.

After this workshop

  • you have more insight into your personal sources of meaning;
  • you can better experience and name what drives you in life. This gives you both direction and energy;
  • with this increased self-insight, you can make a choice more easily and take the next step.

For whom

All UU students and (recent) graduates, and PhD students from all Graduate Schools. 

Note: given that this training is also open to PhD students, there is a small chance that you, as a student, will meet a lecturer during this training.
