In this workshop, you will learn to understand how fear of failure arises and what you can do to better deal with it. Through practical exercises and insights, you will work towards a more confident and relaxed study attitude.

  • you know how to recognise and change impeding thought patterns.
  • you've learned how your behaviour can influence your stress levels.
  • you know practical exercises to increase your self-confidence.
