Want to deepen your meditation practice or just relax after a long day? Join the Student Meditation, organised every week by a group of students.

What will this meditation group bring you?

  • Support and motivation - Meditating in a group can be more stimulating than on your own.
  • More attentiveness - Regular practice together helps you to be more aware in the moment.
  • Variety and depth - We do one or two meditations per session and take time to ask questions or share experiences.
  • Accessible and approachable - No experience necessary; everyone is welcome!
  • International atmosphere - The working language is English, so everyone can participate.

Dates and practical information

Please note: previously, the meditation sessions took place on Thursdays, but starting 13 February they will be held every Friday from 5:15 to 6:15 PM, in the Marinus Ruppert Building. It will be every Friday in room 1.25 (with the exception of 13 February: room 1.14, and 13 March: room 1.34).
