Are you uncomfortable being assertive as a starter towards your future employer? A shame, because there is room for negotiation in every employment interview. In this workshop, you will learn how to conduct an effective employment interview. You will be introduced to the various topics you can negotiate on and will select the aspects that are most important to you. This will make it easier to conduct a salary negotiation.

After this workshop

  • you know how to properly prepare for a salary negotiation
  • you will have insight into different terms of employment that are important to you
  • you can (better) assess your worth as a starter
  • you are (better) able to carefully, professionally and confidently communicate your own wishes to your future employer
