  • you have learned how to recognise behaviour that negatively affects your mood.
  • you know simple strategies to increase your activity level.
  • you know how to set and achieve personal goals.

SpiralUp! takes just 30-45 minutes and afterwards you will have a personalised activity plan to improve your mood. With the support of a personal e-coach (for free!) and tips based on scientific research.
