Discover how to break free from endless overthinking with the ‘worry time’ technique and tackle problems in a goal-oriented way. In just a few modules, NoWorries helps you gain clear insight into your worrying thoughts. Through interactive exercises and practical tips, you’ll regain control over your thoughts.

After this module

  • you have learned how to recognize your worry pattern and pause overthinking using the ‘worry time’ technique.
  • you have an effective step-by-step approach to solve the problems you worry about and how to accept those that can't be solved.
  • you have learned how to make worrying thoughts feel less overwhelming by practicing relaxation techniques.

NoWorries takes about 30-45 minutes per week for 1-5 weeks. With the support of a personal e-coach (for free!) and tips based on scientific research.
