After this module

  • you will have learned what your perfectionism cycle looks like and how to break it.
  • You will know several techniques to change your thinking patterns and behaviour.
  • you will know how to look at yourself differently to increase your self-confidence

GoodEnough takes about 45-60 minutes a week for 5 weeks. With the support of a personal e-coach (for free!) and tips based on scientific research.
