Are you working on your bachelor's or master's thesis and are you unsure about your problem statement and research question? During this workshop you will learn how to create a relevant research design with a clear research question.
The criteria for a good question and research design are explained in this workshop. We discuss examples and do short exercises. Afterwards you will know what you still need to do to improve your research design or research question and/or the further implementation of the research.

The course will be taught in English if students who do not speak Dutch are enrolled. Assignments can be completed in either English or Dutch (tip: preferably in the language in which you plan to write your thesis). All course materials (slides and handout) are available in both languages.

- Students outside UU: € 70,-
- For UvH-students the costs are covered by the UvH

The course on 2 February will be taught in English if there are students who do not speak Dutch. The other course on 23 April will be held in Dutch. The course materials (PowerPoint and handout) are available in both languages.
This course consists of two sessions of 3 hours each, so that you can start your research as quickly as possible.
New dates are published twice a year (spring and autumn).
