During the meeting, we will focus on different types of stimuli and their intensity. We will look at ways in which you can find balance, for example through mindfulness and being in nature. We will also practice setting boundaries. You will work on your own situation, but also exchange ideas with others. We will conclude by exploring ways in which high sensitivity can make a positive contribution to your own life and to society.

After this workshop

  • Do you have a clearer picture of high sensitivity in general
  • Do you have a better understanding of how high sensitivity manifests itself in you and how
  • Are you learning how to deal with different stimuli
  • Do you have an idea of how you can apply your qualities based on high sensitivity in the job market
