Do you find it hard to create structure in your week? Or to motivate yourself to study - especially when there are so many other things competing for your attention? In this workshop, you'll take a closer look at your study habits. You’ll map out how you spend your time, identify what distracts you, and explore how to plan your time more effectively and realistically.
Using a step-by-step approach, you'll learn how to build a study schedule that works - and get practical tools to actually stick to it. This will help you find a healthy balance between effort (what you need to do) and true, guilt-free relaxation - the kind that feels earned and helps you recharge.
