Are you facing an issue or require personal advice and don't know who to contact? On this page, you can find the relevant counsellor directly or you can follow the arrows in the flow chart at the bottom of this page to guide you to the appropriate support.

Study-Related Support

Are you facing challenges related to your studies, or do you need advice or counselling for personal matters? There are several counselors within your programme who can provide guidance:

  • Study Advisor: for questions related to your study programme, exam requirements, studying with a disability and personal matters affecting your studies.
  • Faculty: for all practical questions concerning your studies, such as questions about your timetable, course registration and graduation.
  • Examination Board: for questions on e.g. (extension) validity of results, (permission) for electives outside the programme and graduation conditions.
  • Programme Coordinator: for general questions and remarks about your programme.
  • Tutor: your first point of contact for study-related questions.
  • Professor: for guidance and questions during an individual course.
  • Internship Coordinator: for help in finding and doing an internship.
  • International Office: for questions about studying abroad (during your studies).
  • Career Officer: for career orientation advice and training.

Questions not related to your study programme

In some cases you may want to consult someone who is not related to your specific study programme. For example, if you fall behind due to personal circumstances or mental health issues, and it is not possible to correct this through an adjustment in your programme.
