Wellbeing Week(s)
The Wellbeing Week(s) take place twice a year and are all about your well-being as a student. For several weeks, you can participate in a variety of activities every day for free, including sports classes, creative workshops, sessions focused on self-development, and social events. Read more below about the purpose of the Wellbeing Week(s) and check out the program from the previous edition.
Upcoming edition: UUnite
The next edition of the Wellbeing Week(s) will take place from May 6 to May 28. Registrations open on April 23. This edition's theme is UUnite. In an increasingly individualistic world, UUnite is all about connection. With yourself, with other students and with the university. Especially now, in a time of uncertainty, it is important to come together, support each other and build something beautiful!
The first week is dedicated to social safety, culminating in the Safe & Sound Festival at Tivoli Vredenburg on May 7. Want to learn more about the various lectures and workshops you can attend? Click the button below.
