Wellbeing Week(s)

The Wellbeing Week(s) take place once a year and are all about your well-being as a student. For several weeks, you can participate in a variety of activities every day for free, including sports classes, creative workshops, sessions focused on self-development, and social events.

Goal

The goal of the Wellbeing Week(s) is to inspire and support you in enhancing your well-being. During the Wellbeing Week(s), we aim to address various dimensions of well-being, including mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being, as well as financial, sustainable, professional, and intellectual well-being. Everybody is welcome! Discover a new hobby, develop new skills and meet new people.

Upcoming edition: U Matter

The next edition of Wellbeing Week(s) will take place from November 17 to 28, 2025. This year's theme is U Matter. Especially now, at a time when you are discovering your identity and the world sometimes feels uncertain, it is important not to neglect or put yourself aside. U Matter invites you to reflect on your values and needs and get to know yourself better. But it's not just about you: during the Wellbeing Week(s), you will also discover how valuable connecting with others and society is.
