The Inner Critics
Do you struggle with self-criticism and feel like you’re never quite meeting expectations? The Inner Critics group offers a safe and supportive space for students facing their inner critic and the pressures of performance. By sharing experiences with peers, you’ll find understanding, connection, and support in navigating these common struggles. Together, we’ll explore the roots of our self-judgment and cultivate compassion through insightful group activities and mindfulness. Embrace every part of yourself and give yourself the kindness and support you truly deserve.
