Conscious Connections

Feeling lonely, even in a crowd, is more common than you might think. In our search for meaningful relationships, even a wide circle of friends may not always fulfill our need for deeper connections. The Conscious Connections group offers a welcoming space for UU students looking to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Through open conversations, we share experiences, explore mental health and connection, and support one another in a like-minded community. With mutual understanding and encouragement, we nurture our well-being, grow in self-awareness, and remind ourselves that we do not have to do this alone.

For whom

Students at Utrecht University or the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht who are curious about their relationships and mental health, and would like to engage in open conversation with others.
