Conscious Connections
Feeling lonely, even in a crowd, is more common than you might think. In our search for meaningful relationships, even a wide circle of friends may not always fulfill our need for deeper connections. The Conscious Connections group offers a welcoming space for UU students looking to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Through open conversations, we share experiences, explore mental health and connection, and support one another in a like-minded community. With mutual understanding and encouragement, we nurture our well-being, grow in self-awareness, and remind ourselves that we do not have to do this alone.
For whom | Students at Utrecht University or the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht who are curious about their relationships and mental health, and would like to engage in open conversation with others. |
