ASD Student Group
Having an autism spectrum disorder often creates additional challenges while studying. Think about making a realistic schedule, dealing with large amounts of work or collaborating in a group. And apart from studying successful, you also want to leave time and energy for other things you want or need to do. If you feel you are struggling balancing this, the study support group offers you guidance in a small group.
Do you have a question about ASD? Then we would also like o draw your attention to the Jados telephone consultation hour.
Goal
- Support in studying to prevent early dropout.
- Increasing independence and self-reliance.
- Working on personal goals, such as time-management, social contacts or coping with overstimulation.
- Help in setting achievable goals and motivating yourself.
- Exchanging strategies and experiences with fellow students based on themes, with concrete tips and advice.
It is nice to discuss things with people who think alike. Other autistic students often have good tips.
