AD(H)D Student Group
If you suffer from AD(H)D, this can add extra challenges to your studies. Such as making a realistic schedule and being able to stick to it, doing too much at once or losing track of what needs to be done to study effectively. Keeping the right balance between all the other fun things and challenges and studying can sometimes be challenging due to AD(H)D. If you notice that you are having trouble studying, this group can offer you guidance.
Goal
- Learning to study with an AD(H)D diagnosis.
- Learning to study and schedule independently.
- Learning to recognise and challenge negative convictions regarding your AD(H)D.
- Learning to effectively use supportive and helping thoughts.
- Learning skills to study successful and with enjoyment.
