On this page, you will find different options for engaging with (peer) coaches, both individually and with a group. It is also possible to view options outside UU via the student care guide or via the diversity networks.

Individually

Talk to a (peer)coach

• A Bright Conversation In a Bright Conversation, you can talk to an experienced facilitator about life situations that are currently playing out or that are difficult or challenging for you. Read more here.
• Walk, Reflect and Act While walking, together with an experienced (walking) coach, you explore a question or topic that concerns you. Read more here.

In a group setting

Engage with a (peer) coach in a group setting

• Conscious Connections If you are curious about your relationships and mental health, this group might be of interest to you.
• Good Mourning by coaches In this group, you make space for dealing with your loss, being guided by coaches. This group is Dutch-speaking.
• Good Mourning by peers In this group you make space for dealing with your loss, being guided by peers. This group is English.

• New Beginnings This group is for all students who want to approach a new start together with others and with intention.
• The Inner Critics This group is specially set up for anyone struggling with the voice of their inner critic.
• Gifted Student Group This group, also known as the Double Sided Community, is a group for students who identify with a different way of thinking, learning, and feeling.

Neurodivergent groups

Engage with other neurodivergent students under supervision

• Study support group for students with ASD (Dutch) This study support group offers you guidance in a small group. The group is supervised by a UU student psychologist and is Dutch spoken only.
• Study support group for students with AD(H)D (Dutch) The student psychologists offer this study support group for students with a diagnosis of AD(H)D.
