Rest and relaxation

After the pandemic, students' mental health increasingly came into focus, presenting common complaints such as stress, anxiety and depression. Stress is not necessarily unhealthy, but prolonged or extreme stress can be harmful. Sometimes help from a student psychologist, coach or GP is needed, while in other cases you can take steps yourself. Consider techniques for rest, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. At the Utrecht Science Park, you will find The Mindfulnest in the Educatorium. The Mindfulnest is fully soundproofed and is specially designed to easily allow you to catch a moment of peace. You can sit quietly, meditate, collect your thoughts, pray or do anything else to recharge and calm down and get on with your day.
