Over half of students experience performance pressure, which can hinder focus and motivation for performing daily tasks. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone about this, while in other cases finding your own approach is the best option. Below you will find tools to better cope with pressure and strengthen your focus.

GetStarted lets you deep-dive into your own psyche to figure out why you procrastinate and how to overcome it. You’ll learn:

GoodEnough helps you learn to better cope with your perfectionism and get more balance in your life. After this module, you will have learned what your perfectionism cycle looks like and how to break it, know multiple techniques to change your thinking patterns and your behaviour, and know how to look at yourself differently to increase your self-confidence.
