Step 2. Application
You can apply for a study abroad via Osiris. Make sure that your application is submitted before the deadline: 2 December 2024, 23:59. You must have the following documents at hand for your application:

Missed the deadline?
Prepare well for the next deadline and find out which places are still available for an exchange. A list with available places is expected to be published around the end of January/beginning of February. Once the available places are known, it will be possible to apply until 3 March 2025, 23:59.
How to register in Osiris?
From 1 November you can start your registration in Osiris:
- Go to Osiris Student.
- Click on: Abroad*.
- Click on ‘New Request’ (bottom left).
- Under ‘Type’ select 'Application Exchange *year of next academic year*: Exchange to partner university'.
- Select a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 3 destinations.
- Don't forget to click on ‘Submit’ when you are done!
Placement
Every application is checked to see if you meet the three general conditions for an exchange. For university-wide destinations with too many applications, exchange is only possible for one semester. For faculty destinations, we assess your suitability based on academic background, language level and chosen courses if applicable.
