We're all obligated to stay home as much as possible. Right now however, it is nice to get your daily doze of fresh air - of course, somewhere where it is quiet and at the right distance from others. It may be that you don't feel like it all the time. At the same time, you know that it gives you renewed energy.
Being outside empties your head and often gives you a different view on thoughts, situations and problems. Through the movement of your brain alone, you can come to a different way of thinking. You can use your walking break to experience more relaxation and clear your head. Often, the answers will automatically come to you.
With 'Walk, Reflect, Act' you have a 30-minute appointment with a coach - together you decide whether you'll meet on location or online or telephone - to explore a question or topic that is on your mind. What are you struggling with, what is meaningful for you at this moment, what could you use some help with? We will help you on your way with a mindfulness exercise, reflection questions or a short assignment. This way you can be more in the here and now and really reflect on the question you have.
Afterwards you can decide whether you want a follow-up session. In a follow-up session we can, for example, zoom in on your findings during the walk, or we can look at which (small) steps you can take to move forward. If you choose to have a second session you can plan a new appointment yourself.
