Who to contact?

Is my question important enough?

The answer is always yes. The Student Desk, Study Advisors and other colleagues are there to help you during your study.

For general questions about the contents of the programme and the choices to be made, please contact the programme coordinator.

First point of contact:

When Student Desk?

Do you have questions about:

  • Course registration & planning (classes and exam dates and locations)
  • Your results
  • Application and Assessment Forms for Research Projects
  • Student Academic Progress Report
  • Graduation

Please contact the Student Desk (see drop down below) and they can help you.

When Study Advisor?
  • Are there personal circumstances causing your studies not to go as you would like?
  • Are you experiencing motivation problems?
  • Are you in doubt about electives?
  • Or do you just need a chat?

The Study Advisor can assist you. You can email them or make an appointment (online or face-to-face).

Questions not related to your study programme

In some cases you may want to consult someone who is not related to your specific study programme. For example, if you fall behind due to extenuating circumstances or mental health issues, and it is not possible to correct this through an adjustment in your programme. If this is the case, you may use the contacts mentioned below.

We have put together some study tips and useful links and offer a number of workshops which can help you to improve your study skills.
