Around 9 October you will receive an email from our financial department regarding the failed collection with further instructions to make a transfer yourself. Please wait for this email. You will receive confirmation of the payment as soon as your payment is processed. We do not know the reason why the collection of the tuition fee has failed. You can contact your bank for more information.

It is not possible to pay tuition per month at UU. If you have chosen to pay in installments, we will collect tuition fees in five equal installments (+ a one-time €24 administration fee). You can find the collection dates and more information on our website regarding the payment method.

No, on the website of the programme of your choice you can find the current amount of tuition fees. These fees apply to one academic year and have to be paid again every year. Please be aware that these tuition fees usually slightly differ over the years. For each academic year the tuition fees will be updated on our website.

As soon as you have received your official graduation date – this is not the same as the date of your diploma ceremony - from your examination board, you can terminate your enrolment in Studielink as of the 1st of the month following your graduation date. You may also stay enrolled for the rest of the academic year. You will then be required to pay the tuition fee for the rest of the academic year.
