As soon as you have received your official graduation date – this is not the same as the date of your diploma ceremony - from your examination board, you can terminate your enrolment in Studielink as of the 1st of the month following your graduation date. You may also stay enrolled for the rest of the academic year. You will then be required to pay the tuition fee for the rest of the academic year. The Admissions Office is currently dealing with a large number of incoming documents and they will inform you as soon as they have processed your documents. 
Regarding the status of the arrival of your post: if you have used a track and trace service to send your documents and you have been notified that they have reached their destination, they almost certainly are within our possession. Please do not worry. Unfortunately, the Admissions Office is unable to inform each student that their post has arrived. It is not necessary to contact us or the Admissions Office to inform whether we have received them, or send us requested/missing application documents via email, as this will only slow down the process.

No, you have to re-enroll and pay the tuition fees for the whole academic year. You can terminate your enrolment in Studielink after you have graduated. After termination of enrolment, tuition fees are only owed for the months you were enrolled. You are entitled to a refund of 1/12th of the total tuition fees for that academic year for each month you are no longer enrolled. Check our [website] for more information regarding graduating and refund of the tuition fees. 

This can be due to several reasons. It could be that you still need to arrange your payment in Studielink. You have until 31 August 2022 to do this. It is also possible that your programme still needs to register your BSA. This will happen in July or August. If you have any questions about your BSA, please contact the Faculty Student Desk of your programme.
