Minor deficiencies
Students who lack small parts of the required entrance knowledge for the Master's programme can (subject to approval) use at most 15 EC of their secondary electives allotment to take courses (usually at the advanced undergraduate level) to remedy these shortcomings. These deficiencies will be determined by the admission commission at the beginning of your study.

Pre-Master's programme
For students with more severe deficiencies the admissions committee could, if feasible given the student's background and knowledge, offer the student the option of a Pre-Master's programme of at most 30 EC. For more information about a Pre-Master’s, please refer to the separate topic ‘PreMaster’s programme’ on this page.
